Losing it.

Nothing tastes as good as being thin feels

I joined Weight Watchers 7 weeks ago & have lost more than 12 lbs. My goal is to lose around 30 lbs & run a half marathon before our wedding in December. I believe I will always have to think about what I'm consuming but for now, this loss is feeling good. I didn't realize how much I had let myself gain & how I could eat a bag of chips without thinking. That was the problem, I wasn't thinking about myself. It is wonderful to not change my outfit numerous times while getting ready & to feel good again. With this loss, I hope to work on my self thoughts & stop the 'I'm fat' comments. Jillian Michaels always gives weekly challenges on facebook & last week it was to not say anything negative about yourself. Extremely difficult to put into action.
