I'm back!

Yesterday, I had to cash an expense check & usually I annoy the people at the drive-through window but for whatever reason, I decided to go in the building. Automatically, I notice all the finger prints on the glass door, which are obnoxiously heavy. As I'm walking in through the second set of double doors, a man with his dog are walking out. You would assume he was blind since he had a dog accompanying him; however, many things lead me to believe this was not the case. But it did make me wonder if he was pretending while walking in the lobby or talking to the bank clerks.

He had the dog on the leash, it looked liked Lassie, brown & white. The dog seemed interested in staying but the man was on a mission to get out of there. While I open the door to let them out, I notice the man carrying a pooper scooper! Yes, a pooper scooper. I found this to be silly & somewhat disgusting. Never would I have thought to take a pooper scooper into TD bank. Did he think if he left it outside someone might take it? Did he think the dog was going to shit on the bank floor? I have to admit, picking up dog poop is probably on a top ten list of things I hate to do; therefore, a pooper scooper is a really great thing. When I was little, I used to have to go around the yard with a brown paper bag to pick it up. But again, why would this be necessary for a walk? Usually, people take bags with them while on walks & the pooper scooper is used for yard clean up. Lastly, I wonder if he held it while cashing a check or getting a statement. I would think it would be impossible to step in dog crap at the bank. But, watch where you are walking.

Also, I did see a commerical the other day since TD is the most convenient bank. You can take dogs in... silly me.
