I made banana bread tonight. I had five bananas & after they turn brown & soft, they are painful to eat. Therefore, I decided to make banana bread for two reasons. #1. I had bananas. #2. I was procrastinating to finish some work.
As it was baking, it smelled delicious. I couldn't wait to taste my on-the-spot baking project. I usually bake out of a box & this was from scratch. It took about an hour to bake but absolutely worth the wait. It was so moist I did not know if it was cooked completely. We each truly enjoyed the banana bread with some added walnuts.
The recipe (below) was very easy & very scrumptious.
