2 %

This past week I bought 2 % milk because it was marked with a pink cap & said it was low fat. Well, I was fooled. I put it in the cart & went on my way to more dairy products. When I got home, thought nothing of it, but Mark is the main milk drinker & cereal eater. Therefore, he mentioned that it wasn't our regular skim milk. I felt bad until he told me he used to drink 2 % all the time but came off of it. I have came to believe all types of milk should be 'branded' or labeled the same. I really think I'm getting old because my hearing stinks & I feel like this is something that elderly people would agree with me - just make it more simple! I absolutely love grocery shopping on the weekends, early in the morning. I do spend a lot of time there looking at prices, & going down every isle. Therefore, maybe once I get to the dairy products I'm ready to finally leave & over looked my purchase. With that being said, I still think all milk across the universe should be labeled with the same colors. I believe skim milk would be pink & then, the rest of the colors follow. Thanks for this consideration.

I used to drink whole milk. Now that stuff is tops! Sticks to the glass and your arteries. Almost as good as eggnog!
