Today was week two of my leadership academy. This class is making me think more in-depth about my attitude, qualities & ways to portray leadership & myself. We had 30 minutes today to make a positive impact on our FBH campus. Our group choose to reintroduce service excellence which is a program to nominate people who have gone above & beyond their work duties to better our agency. As a member of this committee I believe receiving nominations as well as giving them is an extraordinary way to appreciate others. I believe each day can be rewarding or painful but it is what we make it. I am doing my best to look at my work, my love, my workouts, my relationships in the best light.
